Cebe Kalan1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cebe Kalan ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The App is provided by Yasin Halit Karayağız, Istanbul, Türkiye. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App or at cebekalan.com.tr/hesap-sil.php.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. What the App does
The App is a record-keeping tool that helps couriers track deliveries, earnings and expenses and estimate net income. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
4. No affiliation
The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Getir, Trendyol Go, Yemeksepeti, Migros Yemek or any other platform. Payout rates and rules are set by those platforms.
5. Safety
Do not use the App while riding. Enter data only when safely stopped. We are not responsible for accidents, traffic violations or damage arising from phone use while driving.
6. Subscriptions
- Cebe Kalan Pro is offered as a monthly (₺99,99) or yearly (₺999,99) subscription. The final price, including taxes, is shown in the store before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, including recording false income or expenses for tax evasion, and not to reverse engineer, overload, attack or misuse the App, its API or its servers.
8. Data
Your records belong to you. How we process them is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, design and content belong to Yasin Halit Karayağız. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, tax penalties or decisions based on the App's calculations, or for temporary service interruptions.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms or change features. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved.
